EU261 COMPENSATION FOR FLIGHT DELAY
The Diocesan Lourdes Committee is working with the Consumer Council to get EU261 Compensation for the delay experienced on our return from Lourdes in 2024.
In order to do this, each pilgrim who has still not received their compensation payment from Alba Star Airlines should print out, sign, date and return the authorisation form below.
Forms can be returned in the following ways:
ALL ENVELOPES SHOULD BE MARKED "LOURDES 2024"
By post to the following:
Signed forms should be returned by Friday 30th January 2026 so we can progress with this claim.
